After a longtime of sketching and studying the characters. I finally started doing the color research of itch of the them. I really put allot of thought in to the main character (Ruben). The thought process of the creation of Ruben was that He was meant to be like hero, a Representative of all graduate student. So i approach the main colors that most superheros wear (Red and Blue).
After choosing the WANTED colors, i still kept the overall balance on the character.
